Welcome to MultipleChat! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MultipleChat platform ("Service"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. MultipleChat functions solely as a provider and transmitter of information from various sources, including third-party AI models. We want to be clear that MultipleChat does not generate any content by itself - we simply provide access to various information sources and AI models. We do not create, control, modify, or endorse any of the content provided through these sources.

AI Interactions and Unmonitored Conversations

Users explicitly acknowledge and agree that:

• Conversations between users and AI models are not monitored, reviewed, or moderated by MultipleChat
• We take no responsibility for any responses, statements, suggestions, or advice provided by AI models
• AI responses may be unpredictable, inappropriate, offensive, inaccurate, or potentially harmful
• We do not guarantee the appropriateness or safety of AI-generated responses for any age group or purpose
• We are not responsible for any emotional, psychological, or other impact that AI responses may have on users
• Users interact with AI models at their own risk and discretion
• Parents/guardians are solely responsible for monitoring their children's interactions with AI models

All users must understand that AI models may generate content that could be disturbing, inappropriate, or factually incorrect. MultipleChat bears no responsibility for verifying, moderating, or controlling these AI-generated responses. Users agree to assume all risks associated with AI interactions.

Self-Harm and User Safety

MultipleChat takes the safety and wellbeing of our users seriously. Users agree not to:

• Use the Service to promote, encourage, or provide instructions for self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders
• Share content that glorifies or romanticizes self-injury or suicide
• Use the Service to form communities or groups focused on promoting harmful behaviors

If you or someone you know is struggling with thoughts of self-harm or suicide, please seek professional help immediately. While our Service can provide information access, it is not a substitute for professional medical or mental health support.

User Conduct

You agree not to submit or transmit any content that:

• Infringes intellectual property rights
• Contains malicious code or viruses
• Constitutes spam or unauthorized advertising
• Is threatening, abusive, or harassing
• Promotes discrimination or hate speech
• Is obscene or pornographic
• Exploits or abuses minors
• Promotes illegal activities
• Impersonates others or spreads misinformation
• Interferes with the Service's operation

Subscription and Payment

MultipleChat offers both free and premium subscription plans. By subscribing to a premium plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify our subscription plans or pricing at any time, with changes taking effect after your current subscription period.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content included on the Service, such as text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of MultipleChat or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws. Users retain ownership rights to content they submit but grant MultipleChat a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute such content for Service-related purposes.

Limitation of Liability

MultipleChat will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or other intangible losses. Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us for the Service.

Disclaimer of Responsibility for User Actions and Information

By using our Service, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that:

• MultipleChat is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information accessed through our Service
• We bear no responsibility for how users interpret, use, or apply any information obtained through our Service
• Users assume full responsibility for any actions they take based on information accessed through our platform
• We are not liable for any consequences, damages, or losses (including but not limited to physical, emotional, financial, or legal consequences) that may result from:
  • Using or misusing information accessed through our Service
  • Making decisions based on information provided through our platform
  • Sharing or distributing information obtained through our Service
  • Any interpretations or misinterpretations of information accessed through our Service
