What do I do when they disagree?

Treat the disagreement as the finding. It marks the specific claim that needs verifying, which is usually far narrower than the whole answer.

Does agreement mean it is correct?

No. Models share training data and can share the same mistake. Agreement lowers the odds of an error, it does not eliminate them.

Is it slower than a single chat?

Slightly, because several models run. It is still dramatically faster than checking one answer by hand.
