Questions that get reliable answers from a spreadsheet

Name the sheet and the columns. Ask for the formula the model used. Ask for outliers before totals; outliers are where data problems hide. For anything you will put in a report, ask a second model to recompute it from the same file and list the differences, then open the sheet where they differ.
