Getting Started

Welcome to MultipleChat! This guide will help you navigate our app and make the most of its powerful features.

Chatting with Multiple AI Models

  1. Select AI models (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) using the checkboxes.
  2. Type your prompt in the input box at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Click the send button or press Enter to submit your prompt.
  4. Watch as each selected AI model generates its response in real-time.

Unique Features

Analyze Feature

Get meta-analysis of AI responses:

  • Enable the "Monitor" checkbox for the AI model you want to use as an analyzer.
  • This model will then analyze the responses from other models, providing insights and comparisons.
Multiple Prompts

Send different prompts to different models:

  • Use model-specific input boxes for different prompts to each model.
  • Or use the main input box to send the same prompt to all selected models.

Combining AI Models - CollabAI

What is CollabAI?

CollabAI is our innovative feature that combines multiple AI models to provide enhanced, comprehensive responses. It analyzes and synthesizes answers from different AI models to deliver the best possible output.

How to Use CollabAI
  1. Enable CollabAI mode by selecting multiple AI models in the sidebar
  2. Choose which models to combine (recommended: at least 2 models)
  3. Type your prompt as usual in the main input box
  4. CollabAI will automatically:
    • Collect responses from all selected models
    • Combine and synthesize their outputs
    • Present generation model response and the combined insights
Pro Tip: For best results, combine models with different specialties. For example, use ChatGPT for creative writing, Claude for analysis, and Gemini for technical content.

Managing Chat Cards

Control the visibility of AI model chat interfaces:

Showing Chat Cards:
  • Sidebar: Toggle the switch next to each AI model's name.
  • Chat interface: Select either "Chat" or "Monitor" checkbox on a chat card.
Hiding Chat Cards:
  • Sidebar: Toggle off the switch next to the AI model's name.
  • Chat interface: Deselect both "Chat" and "Monitor" checkboxes on a chat card.
Note: At least one chat card must be visible and in "Chat" mode to send messages.

Chat Card Modes

Each chat card has two modes:

  • Chat Mode: The AI model will respond to your prompts directly.
  • Monitor Mode: The AI model will analyze responses from other models instead of responding to your prompts directly.

You can switch between these modes using the checkboxes on each chat card.

Managing Chat History

Viewing Your Chat History
  • Access the chat history page through the sidebar navigation
  • Browse conversations organized as cards showing:
    • Chat title and summary
    • AI model used (indicated by color bars: Green for ChatGPT, Purple for Claude, Red for Gemini, Blue for CollabAI)
    • Message count and timestamp
Filtering and Sorting
  • Use the "Quick Select" dropdown to filter chats by:
    • Time periods (Last 7 days, 14 days, 30 days)
    • Specific AI models (ChatGPT, Claude, CollabAI, Gemini)
    • Select or deselect all chats
  • Sort conversations by:
    • Newest First
    • Oldest First
    • Most Messages
  • Filter by specific AI model using the "Model Filter" dropdown
Loading Past Conversations

Each chat card offers two loading options:

  • Load in [Model Name]: Opens the chat in single-model mode with the original AI
  • Load in MultipleChat: Opens the chat in the multi-model interface, allowing you to continue the conversation with multiple AIs
Exporting Conversations

Export your chats in two formats:

  • JSON Export:
    • Includes complete conversation data in structured format
    • Ideal for data analysis or backup purposes
    • Contains metadata like timestamps and model information
  • Text Export:
    • Human-readable format for easy sharing
    • Includes chat messages in chronological order
    • Perfect for documentation or sharing conversations
Tip: You can export multiple conversations at once by selecting them using the checkboxes and using the bulk export buttons.
Deleting Chat History

Several options for managing your chat history:

  • Delete Individual Chats:
    • Click the trash icon on any chat card
    • Confirm deletion when prompted
  • Bulk Delete:
    • Select multiple chats using checkboxes
    • Click the "Delete Selected" button
    • Confirm bulk deletion
  • Delete All Chats:
    • Use the "Delete All Chats" button at the bottom of the page
    • Requires confirmation to prevent accidental deletion
Warning: Chat deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Consider exporting important conversations before deletion.

Chat History in MultipleChat Interface

Access your past conversations:

  1. Click on the "Chat History" button in the sidebar.
  2. Browse through your past chats, organized by date and AI model.
  3. Click on any chat to reload it into the main chat area.

Subscription Features

Enhance your experience with a premium subscription:

  • Access to the latest AI models and features.
  • Increased usage limits and priority support.
  • Exclusive early access to new features.

Upgrade your account in the "Subscription" section of your profile.

Character Generation

Create custom AI characters for specific tasks or conversations:

  1. Navigate to the "Characters and Assistants" section in the sidebar.
  2. Click on "Create New Character" or choose a template.
  3. Define your character's traits, background, and expertise.
  4. Customize the character's personality and knowledge base.
  5. Save your character and start chatting with it in the main interface.
Tip: Use specific characters for specialized tasks like coding assistance, creative writing, or role-playing scenarios.

Image Generation

Generate images using AI models like DALL-E and Stability AI:

  1. Enable the image generation model (DALL-E or Stability AI) using the sidebar toggles or chat card checkboxes.
  2. In the main input box, type a detailed description of the image you want to generate.
  3. Submit your prompt by clicking the send button or pressing Enter.
  4. Wait for the AI to process your request and generate the image.
  5. View the generated image in the respective AI model's chat card.
  6. Download or share the generated image as needed.
Tips for Better Image Generation:
  • Be specific about details like style, colors, and composition in your prompts.
  • Experiment with different phrasings to refine your results.
  • Compare results from different image generation models for variety.
